  • When we receive a request from an individual for disclosure, correction, deletion, suspension of use, or other action regarding personal information held by the Company, we will respond appropriately through the designated contact point.

1. Purpose of Use of Personal Information

When acquiring personal information, the Company specifies the purpose of use and uses such information only to the extent necessary for the following purposes in connection with its business activities.

We also implement information security measures, including measures to prevent unauthorized access and the use of firewalls, in order to appropriately protect personal information.

When personal information is entrusted to a contractor in connection with outsourced operations, the Company requires the contractor to appropriately manage such information and provides necessary and appropriate supervision.

Upon completion of the outsourced operations, the entrusted personal information will be appropriately returned or deleted.

If an individual requests disclosure of personal data held by the Company, we will respond within a reasonable period and scope after verifying the identity of the person making the request.

5. Correction, Addition, and Deletion

If an individual requests correction, addition, or deletion of personal data held by the Company, we will verify the identity of the person making the request and, if the information is found to be inaccurate, respond within a reasonable period and scope.

6. Suspension of Use and Deletion

If an individual requests the suspension of use or deletion of personal data held by the Company, we will respond within a reasonable period and scope after verifying the identity of the person making the request.

Please note that if the use of some or all personal information is suspended or the information is deleted, we may no longer be able to provide certain products or services as requested.

In addition, we may not be able to comply with requests for suspension of use or deletion where the information is required to be retained under applicable laws and regulations.

7. Changes to This Policy

The Company may review and revise this policy as necessary. Any changes will be announced on the Company’s website or by other appropriate means.
